Avaire tile is 9/16" thick so the transition that's used depends on the height difference between the adjacent flooring. many different profiles of trims are available at most home centers. manufacturers like schulter have metal trims available, johnsonite caries a full line of vinyl moldings and wood t-moldings and reducers are available from many different companies.

What do you use for 'tile-trim'?

Tile-trim (from Home Lux)that we purchased for edge of avaire tile does not fit (it is too shallow...).
We have used the avaire tile in our small foyer area and there are hardwood floors beyond this area, into the living room.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your time!
