concrete "moisture" issue
 

We are looking at replacing our current vinyl flooring in our pet clinic. We had vinyl installed 2 years ago that is now shrinking and falling apart. The installer never moisture tested our floor but tells us that we have a "wet" concrete floor. We will be testing the floor before any new decisions are made.
