Proper float for urethane

I can't locate an install kit anywhere, so, what is the proper float to use. Is this a sanded grout? is it considered epoxy grout? Never installed tile before, so not familiar with the different grouting tools. There is a pretty wide selection of grout floats. Oh, as in the title, I am using urethane grout.
