How do you cut hole for water line?

Hello, we recently installed our tile in a newly constructed bathroom, now that we have purchased our cabinetry we know where the water lines need to be placed. How do we go about drilling a hole through the tile? We have experimented with many types of blades and so far and have had no luck. Thanks!
