Tile over rough concrete floor

Date: 8/31/2008 8:57 pm EDT I have a basement in a cabin with a rough concrete floor. Looking for something just to improve appearance a bit. Part is downhill. Is there enough flex in the avaire joints to handle some irregularies in leveling? I assume flexible grout will work to a point. Have individual vinyl tile down now and would lay avaire over it. Also, concrete floor was poured over a rock ledge so it sweats. Is that a problem? Thanks
