Date: 11/25/2008 11:02 pm EDT We are building new, and installing avaire tile in a mud room. Should we lay the tile and then put an undersink cabinet on top or install the cabinet and tile up to it? |

Date: 11/26/2008 2:16 pm EDT The base cabinets should be installed before the Avaire tile is installed. An exception would be a small vanity base with legs. |

Date: 12/30/2008 8:32 am EDT Why wouldn't you want to lay the tile under a vanity? Is there too much movement since the tiles are on a tray system which allows for flexability? |
